Grown on a family‑run farm in the lush cardamom hills of Nedumkandam, Kerala, this single‑estate spice is lovingly cultivated by Sunny, Rosamma, and their three daughters on their ancestral land, where they also grow pepper, tea, and vegetables. The result is a fragrant, heirloom cardamom with delicate jasmine and cream notes that elevate both sweet and savory dishes.
