Bonita Bodega is a cozy, modern general store where everything is well made, everything from small businesses, everything chosen with care. Tucked into the heart of Portland’s historic Ladd’s Addition and inspired by my Peruvian heritage and visits to neighborhood bodegas in Lima, Peru, the shop was created to offer thoughtful goods, everyday essentials, and small treasures that bring warmth, color, and a sense of story into daily life.

At Bonita Bodega, we believe that surrounding ourselves with beautiful, well‑made things is a quiet act of joy. Our shelves hold a rotating mix of home décor, kitchen and tabletop pieces, apothecary, stationery, kids’ goods, accessories, and a small selection of apparel sourced from independent makers, women‑owned brands, and Latinx artisans from near and far.

Portland’s creative energy and community‑minded culture inspire everything we do, and we hope the shop feels like a welcoming, lived‑in space where you can stop by to slow down, browse, and feel at home.
