Premium long grain Jasmine rice. It's the same rice use in Woon's restaurants - nothing fancy, but it's just right. It's best used for steamed white rice, rice bowls, fried rice, or crispy rice omelettes.
Instructions: Rinse rice 2-3 times before cooking. Use a 1:1 ratio for rice to water.
Woon began as a family run pop-up born from a desire to share their mother's original Chinese comfort food.
