Cardamom: Grown by a single farmer, Don Jesus in Trinidad, Santa Bárbara, Honduras. We purchase the majority of his cardamom crop, ensuring a fresh supply and paying a fair price

Rose Petal: Grown in the semi-arid region of Uttar Pradesh, where hot summers and monsoon seasons create ideal conditions for fragrant rose petals. The roses are harvested year-round, hand-picked, then sun-dried to retain color, sweetness, and aroma.
