White Peony is a delicate Chinese white tea made from young leaves and unopened tea buds. The tea gets its name from the way the tea leaves blossom as they are infused in water. The way the leaves unfurl in water mimics the appearance of white peony flowers.
From the Wah Tea Estate in the Kangra River Valley of Himachal Pradesh, India. The estate is dedicated to preserving biodiversity and maintaining soil health.Â
