Produced in the West Bank by farmers paid premium wages and founded by a Los Angeles–based Palestinian mother‑and‑daughter duo displaced in 1969, YA ALBI offers the diasporaa direct, heartfelt connection to the land and its thousand‑year‑old olive trees.
