It's May!

I've missed a few weeks of writing this shop journal- it's been so busy organizing, updating, emailing, and fitting in some downtime to clean my house but it's also been so fun and as more people discover and stop by the shop!

It just started raining today but the sun will come back soon, and I just picked up my first order from Pinolo Gelato to go in the cute new little freezer I got for the shop (everyone knows they have the best gelato in town). My hope is that people will walk by, grab a gelato, and go sit in the park to enjoy the delicious flavors among the roses.

We also got in some new pieces from both Everybody.World and Sonderhaus, brands with different aesthetics (the former more androgynous and the latter super femme), but I think the pieces go together so well- pairing basics with girly pieces can just provide such a good balance to an outfit.

On the girly side, I love this white cotton Sonderhaus dress paired with the butter yellow Small Lot organic cotton Mary Janes. This outfit and a warm summer breeze sounds just about right. Until next time! xo Gina
