A Bright Report from Mid-April

Hi hi,
The sun came out, the roses are waking up, and the shop feels extra bright this week. We’ve been restocking favorites and adding a few bright new pieces to brighten up your day.

I'm particularly in love with our new drinkware, we have handblown glass pieces in from Bow Glassworks and colorful floral and striped mugs from Melville Ceramics. I want all of these pieces in my own house, and can imagine the natural wine I'll drink from the short 2.75" glasses, the fancy iced coffees I'll make in the 4" glasses, and the refreshing spritzers I'd put in the highballs.

I've also started to think about my summer wardrobe- the warming weather has me wanting to clean my closet and find from new pieces! I'm particularly into the super luxe faded black cotton knit set from James St. Co.

I think I can easily mix and match the whole set, pairing the shorts with tees (like our classic ones from Everybody.World!) and the perfectly cropped cardigan with all sorts of skirts and light dresses- like this one from LAUDE that literally just arrived today. The LAUDE dress is 100% organic cotton in the cutest black and white gingham with a removable tie and pockets.

I was also excited about the recent article about Bonita Bodega in the Willamette Week- it's so special to see in print! I miss newspapers and it's so great that you can still pick up a free copy of Willamette Week on so many Portland corners. Definitely going to frame this for my office.
